Builds

Shipped, running, and next in line.

Systems I have actually built, in production, with the lessons left in. Start with the finance ETL series if you only read one.

Every build here runs in production for the hardest client I have: my own household. Real money, real deadlines, a spouse who notices when the daily brief is late. The patterns transfer directly to seed-stage companies, which is the point.

Video · 3 min A three-minute tour of the home-office stack
Placeholder Screen recording with voice-over: Metabase dashboards, the Signal group, a question answered by the local model, then the repo tree. Ends on the architecture diagram from the finance ETL series.
